   彭晨，上海大學(xué)機(jī)電工程與自動(dòng)化學(xué)院教授、博士生導(dǎo)師、副院長、上海大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化控制研究中心主任。上海市高校特聘教授（“東方學(xué)者”、“東方跟蹤計(jì)劃”）、上海市“優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人”、上海市“浦江人才計(jì)劃”、2014-2018年Elsevier中國高被引學(xué)者入選者；曾在澳大利亞中昆士蘭大學(xué)、澳大利亞昆士蘭科技大學(xué)、香港大學(xué)做了3年多訪問研究。是Information Sciences、TIMC等多個(gè)國際期刊的編委與客座編輯。出版了一本英文專著《Communication and Control of Networked Complex Systems》（Springer出版社，2015）、一本中文專著《網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制系統(tǒng)分析與綜合》（科學(xué)技術(shù)出版社，2007）；授權(quán)11項(xiàng)發(fā)明專利,登記了15件軟件著作權(quán)。

獲2018與2013年上海市自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)（排名1）、2008年與2014年江蘇省科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)各1項(xiàng)（排名3與5）、2006年教育部高等學(xué)校自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)（排名4）；主持國家自然基金5項(xiàng)（包含1項(xiàng)重點(diǎn)，3個(gè)面上），省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目10余項(xiàng)；獲IEEE ISIC會(huì)議最佳論文獎(jiǎng)（2018），獲英國控制會(huì)議Best Paper Runner-Up獎(jiǎng)（2016）、Fuzzy Sets and Systems期刊Highly Cited Research證書（2016）、中國精品科技期刊頂尖學(xué)術(shù)論文（領(lǐng)跑者F5000，2013）。發(fā)表/接受SCI源刊論文110余篇，其中Automatica與IEEE匯刊30余篇，SCI-h指數(shù)36，WoS他引3700余次。

Published a book of English monograph in Communication and Control of Networked Complex Systems (Springer press, 2015, the first author), a Chinese book network Control system analysis and comprehensive (science and technology press, 2007, the second author, writing chapter 4,5,7,9, total chapter 9).

Presided 3 items of national natural science foundation of China, one item of science and technology commission of Shanghai international cooperation project, one key project of Shanghai municipal education commission.
