Dehua Gao is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Management Science and Engineering, Shandong Technology and Business University (Yantai, China). He earned his Ph.D from Beihang University (Beijing, China) in July 2015. His current research interests include computational social/organization science, and industrial systems engineering, etc. 

He has developed a series agent-based models for exploring routine dynamics. His publications could be found in academic journals such as <Journal of Artificial Societies and Social Simulation>, <Computational and Mathematical Organization Theory>, <Review of Managerial Science>. He also orally presented the research work at international conferences like the EGOS Colloquium, the Social Simulation Conference by ESSA, European Academy of Management (EURAM) Annual Conference, and contributed two book chapters involved in <Cambridge Handbook of Routine Dynamics> and <The Oxford Handbook of Agent-based Computational Management Science>.
