陸慧娟，女，浙江東陽市人，博士，教授，碩士生導師。浙江省高校教學名師，包兆龍包玉剛基金獲得者,中國計算機學會（CCF）杰出會員?，F(xiàn)任學校重點學科帶頭人，計算機軟件研究所所長，IEEE CS、ACM、CCF、中國人工智能學會的高級會員，CCF常務理事，多媒體、數(shù)據庫和協(xié)同計算專業(yè)委員會委員；中國人工智能學會機器學習專業(yè)委員會通訊委員；中國云計算與SaaS專家咨詢委員會委員等，浙江省高等學校本科計算機教學指導委員會委員等。
主要從事模式識別、智能信息處理、多媒體處理、生物信息學、云計算、數(shù)據挖掘等的研究。現(xiàn)在主持國家自然科學基金面上項目1項。近5年來主持完成國家、?。ú浚┘夗椖?/span>6項，參與省部級以上項目3 項；獲浙江省高校科研成果三等獎2項；2013年，“先進的機器學習算法及其在腫瘤分類中的應用”獲吳文俊人工智能科學技術獎進步獎三等獎。發(fā)表學術論文50余篇，其中已有30篇多篇被SCI（EI）檢索收錄，擁有軟件著作權8項，1項實用新型專利，申報2項發(fā)明專利。
2012年曾到美國天普大學訪學，是留學歸國人員。
