王金勇,男,博士,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,中科院""百人計(jì)劃""獲得者,廣東省百千萬(wàn)工程領(lǐng)軍人才,美國(guó)血液學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員。2006年獲浙江大學(xué)博士學(xué)位,2007年赴美國(guó)留學(xué),先后在威斯康星醫(yī)學(xué)院(Medical College of Wisconsin)病理系、威斯康星大學(xué)(University of Wisconsin-Madison)醫(yī)學(xué)與公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院腫瘤系從事博士后研究,2011年晉升為該校助理研究員(Assistant Scientist)。2012年三月加入中國(guó)科學(xué)院廣州生物醫(yī)藥與健康研究院,負(fù)責(zé)組建造血干細(xì)胞與再生醫(yī)學(xué)研究室。在美國(guó)留學(xué)期間,系統(tǒng)地建立了含有Ras突變的了人CMML(慢性髓系單核粒細(xì)胞白血?。ALL(急性T細(xì)胞白血?。┑男∈竽P?,并且基于上述模型發(fā)現(xiàn)了幾種藥物抑制劑;開(kāi)發(fā)出單細(xì)胞水平上分析造血干細(xì)胞磷酸化信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)的新技術(shù),基于此技術(shù)發(fā)現(xiàn)了造血干細(xì)胞獨(dú)特的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)現(xiàn)象;發(fā)現(xiàn)MAPK通路調(diào)控造血干細(xì)胞的干性維持、自我復(fù)制與分化支系偏好,闡明了相應(yīng)的分子機(jī)制。

他的研究團(tuán)隊(duì)長(zhǎng)期從事造血調(diào)控與再生研究,旨在結(jié)合體內(nèi)誘導(dǎo)譜系重編程、體外誘導(dǎo)干細(xì)胞分化、造血骨髓微環(huán)境原位重建等多途徑探索血細(xì)胞(包括T細(xì)胞)再生與生理功能重建。其研究團(tuán)隊(duì)在重編程再生造血干細(xì)胞、誘導(dǎo)干細(xì)胞分化再生T細(xì)胞、體內(nèi)重編程再生T細(xì)胞等研究領(lǐng)域做出一系列原創(chuàng)性貢獻(xiàn)。他的課題組得到多項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目(5項(xiàng))、國(guó)家重大研發(fā)計(jì)劃課題(2項(xiàng))和廣東省重大科技專項(xiàng)(2項(xiàng))、廣州市健康醫(yī)療協(xié)同創(chuàng)新重大專項(xiàng)等的支持。研究團(tuán)隊(duì)的成果已申請(qǐng)多項(xiàng)國(guó)際PCT專利保護(hù),部分成果在 Nature Immunology, Blood, Cell Cycle, Stem Cell Research,Am J Transl等刊物發(fā)表。
