王茂發(fā),43歲,博士,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,教育部-華為智能基座全國優(yōu)秀教師(每年20名),廣西高校千名中青年骨干教師,CCF高級會員,2017年北京信息科技大學(xué)A類引進(jìn)人才。主要從事通用人工智能計算理論(Meta Learning方向)與地學(xué)人工智能研究。第一作者(通訊作者)在IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology、Applied Soft Computing、Expert Systems with Application、Knowledge-Based Systems、Computers & Geosciences、Seismology Research Letter、 Bulletin of the Seismological Society of America等知名期刊發(fā)表SCI論文40余篇,其中中科院一區(qū)TOP4篇,二區(qū)20余篇,1篇被哈利菲爾丁里德獎(地震學(xué)最高獎項)得主 AGU Fellow 坦福大學(xué)William Ellsworth 教授在2篇SRL中予以正面引用,主持國家自然基金項目 2 項,主持省部級等課題10余項,授權(quán)國家發(fā)明專利4項,主編專著/高等教育規(guī)劃教材2部。主講深度學(xué)習(xí)、元學(xué)習(xí)、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等人工智能核心課程,深受學(xué)生喜愛。2024中國地理信息科技進(jìn)步二等獎,八桂人工智能科學(xué)技術(shù)三等獎(No.1)、中國(上海)國際發(fā)明展覽會金獎(No.1)。中國地震人工智能專委會委員(首批),中國人工智能學(xué)會神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與智能計算專委,中國災(zāi)害防御協(xié)會人工智能分會理事,華為開發(fā)者布道師(銀牌)。教育部學(xué)位中心博士論文通訊評審專家,國家自然基金項目通訊評審專家,廣西人工智能學(xué)會理事,廣西科技項目通訊評審專家。2023年廣西高校黃大年式教師團(tuán)隊核心成員之一,2023年華為獎教金獲得者。多個國外SCI期刊客座編輯和特約審稿人。本人優(yōu)秀業(yè)績被央視頻和人民日報客戶端等多次轉(zhuǎn)載。
科研上主要從事人工智能計算理論研究,及地學(xué)等行業(yè)智能模型和系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。與中國地震局、中國地質(zhì)調(diào)查局、中國建筑材料研究總院、華為公司等建立了長期的業(yè)務(wù)合作關(guān)系,共同開發(fā)行業(yè)急需的智能模型與系統(tǒng)。已開發(fā)了兩款經(jīng)典智能模型:余震智能預(yù)測系統(tǒng)、模擬測震圖紙矢量化系統(tǒng),在行業(yè)內(nèi)有較高的知名度,各項性能正對標(biāo)(或部分超越)ETAS地震模型和哈佛大學(xué)DigitSeis模擬測震矢量化系統(tǒng),有著較好的行業(yè)應(yīng)用價值和科研開發(fā)基礎(chǔ)。
