2009年獲西安交通大學工學博士學位, 2010年—2011年加拿大渥太華大學博士后。2013-2015年德國達姆斯塔特工業(yè)大學“洪堡學者”。目前主持縱向科研項目7項，其中主持國家自然科學基金3項（已結(jié)題一項）、廣西自然科學杰出青年基金1項、教育部留學回國啟動基金1項、地廳級2項。在國內(nèi)外重要學術(shù)期刊發(fā)表SCI、EI檢索論文50余篇。申請發(fā)明專利7項、實用新型4項。獲2015年度教育部自然科學二等獎（排名第二）和廣西自然科學二等獎（排名第二）各1項。獲2011年首屆中國機械工程學會主辦的上銀優(yōu)秀機械博士學位論文“佳作獎”。擔任國家自然科學基金委同行評議專家、中國振動工程學會故障診斷分會理事、中國機械工程學會高級會員以及多個國際期刊審稿人。曾獲2016年廣西高校高水平創(chuàng)新團隊帶頭人、“卓越學者”、廣西高校“百人計劃”。

Dr. Wang received his BSc from Shandong University of Technology in 2003. He then received his MSc and PhD at Guangxi University (GXU) and Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU), in 2006 and 2009, respectively. After graduated from XJTU, he was employed as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Department of Mechanical Engineering at University of Ottawa of Canada. Dr. Wang won the Germany Alexander von Humboldt (AvH) Research Fellowship in 2012, and did the cooperative research with Prof. Markert in Technische Universit?t Darmstadt, Germany, from Oct. 2013 to Feb. 2015. In 2011, he joined in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Guilin University of Electronic and Technology (GUET) as a researcher. Since then, he has been actively involved in both undergraduate and graduate teaching, research, and academic services. He became a full professor of GUET in 2013. His research interests include advanced vibration signal processing, structural health monitoring and damage detection. He took part in many funded projects on vibration signal processing, faults detection and nondestructive testing & evaluation. Dr. Wang is an active reviewer for more than 10 professional journals (including Mechanical System and Signal Processing, Journal of Sound and Vibration, IEEE Trans. on Instrument. & Measure., Neurocomputing, EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing, Energy Conversion and Management, Mechanism and Machine Theory, Journal of Vibroengineering, Sensors etc.) and various granting agencies (Natural Science Foundation of China, Natural Science Foundation of Guangxi Province of China). Dr. Wang is the member of The Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society (CMES) and the Chinese Society for Vibration Engineering. Currently, Dr Wang has published almost 40 peer-reviewed journal papers and 7 Chinese patents.
