      黃欣沂,男，漢族，1981年3月生，江蘇儀征人，研究生學(xué)歷、博士學(xué)位，博士生導(dǎo)師?，F(xiàn)為福建師范大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)學(xué)院教授，福建省網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全與密碼技術(shù)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任，中國密碼學(xué)會會員。

        2002畢業(yè)于南京師范大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)學(xué)院，獲學(xué)士學(xué)位；2005年畢業(yè)于南京師范大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)學(xué)院，獲碩士學(xué)位（指導(dǎo)老師：張福泰教授）；2009年畢業(yè)于澳大利亞臥龍崗大學(xué)(University of Wollongong)，獲博士學(xué)位（指導(dǎo)老師：Yi Mu(穆怡)教授）。讀博期間獲得2008年國家優(yōu)秀自費(fèi)留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金(國家留學(xué)基金管理委員會)。博士畢業(yè)后先后在澳大利亞臥龍崗大學(xué)、澳大利亞中央昆士蘭大學(xué)(Central Queensland University)、新加坡管理大學(xué)(Singapore Management University)、新加坡資訊通信研究院(Institutefor InfoComm Research ,I2R)等機(jī)構(gòu)從事教學(xué)科研工作。2012年2月作為海外引進(jìn)人才加入福建師范大學(xué)，2014年獲得第三屆“福州青年五四獎(jiǎng)?wù)隆眰€(gè)人獎(jiǎng).

        研究興趣為信息安全及其應(yīng)用，2005年以來在國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊（IEEE系列期刊等）和學(xué)術(shù)會議（PKC等）上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文80多篇，根據(jù)“Google學(xué)術(shù)”統(tǒng)計(jì)，所發(fā)表的論文累計(jì)被引用超過1500次（H-Index: 20），獲得5項(xiàng)軟件著作權(quán)證書。目前主持國家自然科學(xué)基金（青年基金）1 項(xiàng)、霍英東高等院校青年教師基金基礎(chǔ)性研究課題1項(xiàng)、教育部高等學(xué)校博士學(xué)科點(diǎn)專項(xiàng)科研基金（新教師類）1 項(xiàng)，入選“福建省高校杰出青年科研人才培育計(jì)劃”、“福建省高等學(xué)校新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃”，曾參與多項(xiàng)國家和省部級科研項(xiàng)目。應(yīng)邀擔(dān)任InternationalJournal of Information Security (IJIS, Springer)等5 個(gè)國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊的（?？┚幬?，中國科協(xié)第265次青年科學(xué)家論壇（面向云計(jì)算的密碼新技術(shù)）執(zhí)行主席，ISPEC2014、NSS2014、NSS2013、INCOS2013等10多個(gè)國際學(xué)術(shù)會議的程序委員會（大會）主席，ESORICS2014、ICDCS2014、ACISP2014、ICC2014等30多個(gè)國際學(xué)術(shù)會議的程序委員會委員。

Introduction

Xinyi Huang received his Ph.D. degreefrom the School of Computer Science and Software Engineering, University ofWollongong, Australia, in 2009. He is currently a Professor at the FujianProvincial Key Laboratory of Network Security and Cryptology, School ofMathematics and Computer Science, Fujian Normal University, China. His researchinterests include cryptography and information security. He has published over60 research papers in refereed international conferences and journals. His workhas been cited more than 1000 times at Google Scholar. He is in the EditorialBoard of International Journal of Information Security (IJIS, Springer) and hasserved as the program/general chair or program committee member in over 40international conferences.
