2003年12月師從薛禹勝院士獲山東大學(xué)博士學(xué)位,現(xiàn)任山東大學(xué)電氣工程學(xué)院常務(wù)副院長(主持工作)、電動(dòng)汽車電網(wǎng)接入技術(shù)國家地方聯(lián)合工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任、教育部電氣類教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會委員、中國電機(jī)工程學(xué)會山東大學(xué)會員中心主任、全球能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)戰(zhàn)略技術(shù)研究院院長、電網(wǎng)智能化調(diào)度與控制教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室常務(wù)副主任、中國機(jī)械教育協(xié)會電力系統(tǒng)及其自動(dòng)化分委員會副主任委員,Associate Editor of IET Energy Systems Integration、International Journal of Protection and Control of Modern Power System。IEEE Member, IET Member, 中國電機(jī)工程學(xué)會會員。
長期從事電力系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性分析與控制、電網(wǎng)復(fù)雜信號測量、人工智能在電網(wǎng)中的應(yīng)用研究工作。主持國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃課題、國家自然基金重大科研儀器專項(xiàng)課題、國家自然科學(xué)基金、國家電網(wǎng)公司重大科技項(xiàng)目等三十余項(xiàng)。提出了配電網(wǎng)強(qiáng)噪聲多態(tài)信號高精度量測算法,研發(fā)了全國首套輕型廣域測量系統(tǒng);提出了頻率不穩(wěn)定平衡點(diǎn)、一體化柔性頻率控制技術(shù)體系和優(yōu)化控制方法,主持開發(fā)了PowerX Tools軟件包。獲國家科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)、山東省科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)、中國電工技術(shù)學(xué)會科學(xué)技術(shù)一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)、2018年度中國電力優(yōu)秀科技工作者;獲國家發(fā)明專利16項(xiàng);第一/通訊作者發(fā)表SCI/ EI論文100余篇。

教育教學(xué)
長期從事本科教學(xué)和教育研究工作,為本科生主講《電氣工程導(dǎo)論》、《電力系統(tǒng)分析》、《電力系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)化》等主干課程。第一位承擔(dān)省級教改重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目兩項(xiàng),注重研究電氣工程及其自動(dòng)化專業(yè)的新工科課程體系和人才培養(yǎng)方案;在科學(xué)出版社出版人才培養(yǎng)專著《面向全球能源互聯(lián)的電氣工程人才培養(yǎng)改革與實(shí)踐》,核心期刊和國際會議發(fā)表教研論文8篇。系統(tǒng)提出了具備全球能源觀、全球環(huán)境觀、理工文復(fù)合的電氣工程新工科人才培養(yǎng)方案,在山東大學(xué)牽頭成立了“全球能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)”新工科特色班,為能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)專業(yè)第一個(gè)落實(shí)實(shí)施者,也是新工科在電氣工程及其自動(dòng)化專業(yè)的第一家實(shí)施單位。
